Following Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet's emphatic victory over Bayern Munich, head coach Ibon Navarro singled out Nick Weiler-Babb for high praise after limiting Bayern's key man, Andreas Obst, to just three points.

Nick Weiler-Babb did a fantastic defensive job on Andreas Obst, but the rest of the team was very solid as well. It's clear that Obst is their main weapon, and we managed to shut him down today. We played with great energy, but we still need to control the defensive boards much better, and we're still having some issues on our closeouts. - Ibon Navarro

The Spanish tactician also addressed the grueling schedule ahead, with Zvezda set to play seven of their next eight EuroLeague fixtures on the road.

We play seven of our next eight EuroLeague games on the road—we're going to forget what home looks like. Still, we have to keep up this energy and stay healthy. Stefan Miljenovic will also be joining us, which is a major boost. - Ibon Navarro
