Husband secretly films wife and posts videos on porn websites

33-year-old Mrs Katarzyna from Stary Sącz lived for years unaware that her husband, Dawid M., was secretly recording her in intimate moments.

As reported in the State in State programme, the videos with her participation were then made available on adult websites - without her knowledge or consent.

The woman discovered the truth by accident when she looked into her partner's laptop.

Mrs Katarzyna married Dawid M. 10 years ago. The couple had two children. The woman's suspicions about her husband arose some time ago when she noticed his changed behavior. The man became nervous and temperamental, which is why his wife began to suspect him of having an affair.

However, the truth turned out to be much more terrifying. On the laptop that Dawid M. kept with his mother, Katarzyna found intimate recordings with her participation. The woman was recorded, among others, while bathing.

The man recorded his wife and shared the videos with her on 18+ platforms, but also commented on the recordings with other users of adult websites.

When the truth came to light, Dawid M. left the family home. His wife filed a case for divorce and deprivation of her husband's parental rights. She also reported the matter to the police, who discovered many more recordings with Ms Katarzyna on Dawid M.'s devices.

Dawid M. is accused of sharing his wife's image at undesirable moments without her consent. He faces a sentence of three months to five years in prison. Despite this, the man remains free and sees his children once a week, under the supervision of a probation officer. Mrs. Katarzyna has already applied for a restraining order.
