Natural Remedy For Hormonal Acne

Hormonal acne occurs around a given period in women, usually around a woman's time of the month; its kind of predictable. It happens in men as well.

We found a home made remedy for it:

Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar

Half lemon

Water

Steps:

Squeeze out half lemon for juice

Mix 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar with the lemon juice

Add 4 glasses of water to the lemon and apple cider vinegar mixture and mix well.

Drink the mixture twice daily.

Note: Drink mixture with a straw to protect tooth enamel.
