Nikola Jokic continues to rewrite the NBA history books. The Serbian superstar recorded his 200th regular-season triple-double as the Denver Nuggets cruised to a 104-91 road victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.
Jokic finished the night with 21 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists, becoming only the second player in league history to reach the 200 triple-double milestone, trailing only all-time leader Russell Westbrook (209).
Jamal Murray paced the Nuggets with 23 points, while Aaron Gordon contributed a 15-point, 11-rebound double-double.
Denver led by as many as 22 points before the hosts mounted a late charge to cut the deficit to just five in the fourth quarter. Christian Braun stepped up in crunch time, draining crucial three-pointers to halt New Orleans' comeback bid.
