"Today, I say goodbye to this great club. I arrived eight years ago with a suitcase full of dreams, and after all this time, I can say I had the privilege of realizing almost all of them. I was fortunate enough to win several titles, including the national championship and the Youth League, which was so sorely missing from our trophy cabinet. These are moments I will carry with me forever and for life," read the 24-year-old attacker's post.

"Throughout these years, I always tried to respect the club's founding values and represent on the field all those who live and breathe this club. Honor and privilege were feelings that always accompanied me whenever I stepped onto the pitch. I want to thank everyone who was part of this journey: teammates, coaches, and the rest of the staff. This club helped me grow and become the best version of myself," he added, before addressing the Benfica faithful.

"Finally, a word to the Benfica fans. The affection and admiration I always felt from you made me truly happy and fulfilled. I assure you that this feeling is reciprocal; you are what makes this club special. Benfica will always be part of my story! It was an honor, Sport Lisboa e Benfica! Thank you, Benfica fans!" he concluded.
