1 mango - peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks

1 banana, peeled and chopped

1 cup orange juice

1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt

Directions

Place mango, banana, orange juice, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in clear glasses, and drink with a bendy straw!

This is a very nice smoothie. To make it more refreshing though, you can use a frozen banana (or you could use frozen mango cubes). I always toss my over ripe bananas in the freezer to have on hand for smoothies. Frozen fruits always makes smoothies much more refreshing.
