Paris Saint-Germain cruised to an emphatic 5-1 away victory over Le Havre in Ligue 1, inspired by a masterclass from Achraf Hakimi. The Moroccan star stole the show with a hat-trick (28', 55', 69') and two assists. Mika Godts (26') and Senny Mayulu (62') were also on the scoresheet for the visitors, while Josh Maja netted the hosts' opener in the 18th minute.
Le Havre took a surprise lead on 18 minutes following a swift counter-attack. Fofana surged down the right flank and delivered a low cross across the face of goal for Maja to convert from close range.
PSG produced an instant response, turning the game on its head within two minutes. In the 26th minute, Hakimi latched onto a through ball behind the defense and set up Godts for the equalizer. Just two minutes later, the Moroccan broke clear again, this time finishing the move himself with a crisp strike into the near corner.
Hakimi continued to shine after the interval, grabbing his second of the evening in the 55th minute with a magnificent free-kick. He missed a chance to complete his treble shortly after, but PSG remained in complete control.
Senny Mayulu added a fourth in the 62nd minute, capitalizing on a misjudged charge by the Le Havre goalkeeper before rounding him and rolling the ball into an empty net.
Seven minutes later, Hakimi duly completed his hat-trick. Mika Godts was released down the left wing and squared the ball to the Moroccan, whose effort took a double deflection before finding the net to cap off a resounding 5-1 win.
The triumph marked PSG's sixth consecutive Ligue 1 victory and their ninth across all competitions. The Parisians moved to 20 points, reinforcing their position at the top of the table, while Le Havre remain rooted to the bottom.
