President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday, January 14, commissioned a cenotaph in honour of all Nigerian soldiers slain by Boko Haram since 2011.

A cenotaph is an “empty tomb” usually built to remember people who died during a war and whose bodies are buried elsewhere.
