Good News for Obradović, Bad News for Partizan: Nan is Coming to Belgrade!

During individual training sessions in the United States, Nan suffered a medial meniscus tear in his right knee.

He underwent surgery in America, and although the injury is not yet fully healed, the American basketball player is expected to arrive in Athens as early as Wednesday for further examinations.

His return to the court is slated for early October. According to reports from Greece, the target for Nan's comeback is the game against Fenerbahçe, scheduled for October 8th. If he makes that return, he will also travel to Belgrade to face Partizan five days later.

This comes as good news for Željko Obradović, considering Panathinaikos has faced significant injury woes during their pre-season.

In the EuroLeague, Nan averages 18.6 points per game, along with three rebounds and 3.6 assists. He has been in Athens for three years and won the EuroLeague with the Greens.
