Gary Neville Warns Manchester City Could Drop Points with Current Form

Manchester City has climbed to the top of the Premier League, but does their narrow 1-0 victory over Burnley offer a glimmer of hope to title rivals Arsenal? According to Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville, the 'Citizens' will drop points in their remaining five matches if they continue to play as they did at Turf Moor. While both teams are level on points and goal difference, City holds the advantage over Arsenal due to a higher number of goals scored.

“This was a win for Manchester City, but it’s the best win Arsenal could have hoped for,” Neville stated. “Everything is still to be decided. Arsenal has a home game against Newcastle on Saturday, where they can reclaim their three-point lead.”

“Things didn’t quite click for Manchester City tonight. They will need to play better, otherwise, they will drop points. But Pep Guardiola knows he had to leave with three points. And he did,” Neville added.
