The Rising Star programme, which launched at the One Young World Summit 2014 in Dublin is the preeminent global forum for young leaders, that was launched as a global search for young icons of the future. The programme also intends to catapult them onto the international stage and into space – upon the XCOR Lynx® Spacecraft.
