Frank Lampard was pictured at the JKF airport after flying after taken advantage of the international break to watch his next club New York City FC in action at the weekend.

Lampard who signed for the new MLS club last summer has not been able to make his debut because of a loan move to Manchester City.

The 36-year-old former Chelsea star was expected to join the MLS outfit in January after completing the six-month stint in Manchester but extended his stay in England till the end of the season.

Lampard flew into New York with his fiancee Christine Bleakley to watch his parent club take on Sporting Kansas at the Yankee Stadium on Saturday night.
