Sylvain Francisco remains a Zalgiris player, but a change of scenery is clearly on the horizon this summer. The French guard has frequently been linked with Barcelona, and he only fueled those rumors with his statement after the Lithuanian team's 83-71 victory over the Blaugrana in Round 35 of the EuroLeague.

Francisco has been linked with Barcelona for some time, but he emphasized that a transfer is not his current focus.

"We'll see how things unfold. Right now, I'm fully focused on basketball and the playoffs with my team. There are a lot of rumors everywhere, but the most important thing is to stay focused and see how things develop." - Sylvain Francisco

Francisco had previously expressed a desire to leave Zalgiris but ultimately remained loyal to the Lithuanian team. However, he still harbors ambitions of joining the Blaugrana.

"That was last year. Last year I wanted to leave, some things were happening... and this year too. As I said, we'll see how things unfold, but honestly – I love Barcelona. Also, it was my dream club when I was at Manresa, after Manresa. So it's always been one of my dream clubs. We'll see how things unfold, but I'm not really in a hurry, because this is already my second consecutive year where I have options. I really want to take my time and see how everything ends up." - Sylvain Francisco
