New York once more emerges as city with highest number of billionaires

New York city, otherwise known as the Big Apple has once more emerged as the city with the highest number of billionaires.

According to Forbes statistics, New York has a total of 79 billionaires, more than any of the other 24 cities on the top 25 list.

All 79 billionaires have a combined net worth of  $364.6 billion.

Business man, politician and 3-time mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg emerged as the richest of the lot with a net worth of $40 billion.

Other cities with the highest number of billionaires include London, Tokyo, Beijing and Moscow.
