Football Meets Movies & Music: JJ Okocha Set To Produce Movie on Singer, Majek Fashek

The former Bolton Wanderers player is set to produce a movie based on the life of Nigerian musician, Majek Fashek and will see Nollywood actor, Francis Duru play the lead role of Majek while Jeta Amata has reportedly been signed on as director.

The movie will be shot in Nigeria and New York in order to portray the singer's sojourn to the states in the nineties. In the meantime, Francis has began to take guitar lessons in preparation for the role.
