According to TMZ Sports, "CSI Entertainment" has filed a lawsuit against Floyd Mayweather Jr. The plaintiffs are seeking damages for the failed exhibition bouts involving "Money" against Mike Tyson and Manny Pacquiao, and are also attempting to prevent his upcoming fight with Mike Zambidis next week.

This news comes just days after ESPN reported that Mayweather (50-0, 27 KOs) was facing felony charges related to a bounced check.

Last September, Mayweather announced an exhibition match against Tyson for May, and in February of this year, he revealed a rematch with "Pac-Man" was slated for September. Less than two weeks later, he added a June encounter with K-1 kickboxing veteran Zambidis to his schedule.

However, these plans quickly unraveled. Pacquiao and Mayweather offered conflicting information on whether their bout would be an exhibition or a professional fight. Meanwhile, few details emerged about the Tyson fight before "Iron Mike" broke his hand just 10 days before the scheduled date.

CSI claims they paid $4.5 million for the rights to the Tyson and Pacquiao matches. However, they allege that Mayweather then acted behind their backs, arranging the Zambidis bout with a different promoter and "secretly signing a separate deal with another company to broadcast the Pacquiao fight on Netflix from the Sphere arena in Las Vegas."
