The Lookbook was shot by British photographer Charlotte Rutherford and modeled by Algerian-British artist, Yadi the collection features vibrant prints we love.
Mayamiko is an East African brand out of Malawi known for their expert fusion of contemporary design with traditional African fabrics to create fashion forward ethical clothing and accessories!
The 2014 Collection was playfully presented in retro chic reminiscing the 70’s style. The looks featured vibrant prints in short skirts, peg legs, shift dresses, crop tops and more for the modern woman. The brand has a charity (under Mayamiko Trust) that provides locals with skills to earn a living thereby alleviating poverty! We love a brand that cares!
