Jada Pinkett-Smith Sparks In New Hair

Goodbye to braids and golden dyes, Jada Pinkett-Smith is out with a new hair-do and this time the actress is going red and fierce!

Apparently the mother of two has signed on to star in a FOX new Batman series, Gotham, where she plays a gangster boss named Fish Mooney. In order to adopt that role properly, Jada has to look like a bad a** to play bad a**!

She was spotted in New York City yesterday evening in full costume.  She debuted her new look, which included fiery red bangs, as she stepped out in a huge overcoat and headed to the set.

Meanwhile, if you are wondering what Fish Mooney has in store this season, she's described as a power-hungry psychopath with "the brains of a chess grandmaster and the morals of a jackal."  A far cry from her role as a Chief Nursing Officer in HawthoRNe.
