Fabio Di Giannantonio secured a third-place finish in the Sprint race at Phillip Island, which is hosting the Australian MotoGP Grand Prix for the final time before the event relocates to Adelaide next year.

Following the Sprint, the VR46 Ducati rider expressed his deep affection for the iconic circuit south of Melbourne, describing it as "magical" and noting that he always strives to push beyond his limits here each year.

"This place is magical! I truly love it; it holds a special place in my heart. The fans coming out to enjoy the Island—it's just incredible. Every time I come here, I try to give that little bit extra. A podium is always important, but I think it means even more here. I really enjoyed the race, put in a strong performance, and I'm very pleased. We always try to put on a great show for all these fans," said Di Giannantonio.
