Teun Koopmeiners' future at Juventus has been cast into doubt, with the Turin giants reportedly open to parting ways with the 28-year-old Dutch midfielder. Although he features in Luciano Spalletti's plans, he has largely been utilized as a rotation option, starting just one of the opening six matches this season. Consequently, the club's hierarchy would welcome a potential departure.
The Netherlands international is attracting strong interest from the Premier League. According to reputable Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, Everton are keen to sign Koopmeiners during the upcoming winter transfer window. The Merseyside club tracked him late in the summer, and after failing to strike a deal then, they are expected to make a renewed push in January.
The Italian publication adds that the Old Lady hope to sell the midfielder, who is contracted until June 2029, for a fee in the region of €25 million. Should no permanent offers meet their valuation, Juventus would be open to sanctioning a loan move to help rebuild his market value before pursuing a permanent sale in the summer of 2027.
