Under revised regulations, pubs in England and Wales can now remain open for an additional half-hour after the final whistle. This rule applies in cases where matches kick off later due to high temperatures. “England fans deserve the chance to watch every minute of the quarter-final together. We are making this possible for them. I believe pubs and bars will be packed on Saturday evening,” said Police Minister Sarah Jones, as quoted by DPA.
