Pedro was a pivotal figure for the London club, netting 20 goals across all competitions last season. He capped off the campaign by being named the fans' Player of the Season at Stamford Bridge.
“I am incredibly happy to have signed a new contract with Chelsea. It has always been my dream to play for a big club, and it means a lot to me to commit my long-term future here. Chelsea has a rich winning tradition and ambitious plans for the future. I have an excellent relationship with everyone at the club, and from the moment I arrived, I’ve felt right at home here in London,” Pedro told the club’s official website.
The 24-year-old Pedro joined Chelsea last summer from Brighton. Despite a stellar season, he was surprisingly omitted from Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazil squad for the 2026 World Cup.
Only two other Premier League players currently have contracts extending to the same year. Alongside Pedro, 19-year-old Geovany Quenda has also committed his future to Chelsea until 2034. Beyond the London duo, Norwegian goal-machine Erling Haaland has a long-term deal secured at Manchester City.
