Benue State, EFCC operatives intercept bags of cash meant for vote-buying
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have been attacked by suspected thugs at North Bank Area, Makurdi, Benue State.

According to the anti-graft agency's post on Twitter as seen below, the thugs destroyed their patrol vehicle after bags filled with mint cash were intercepted.

The governorship election is holding in 29 states of the federation today, Saturday, March 9, 2019.
