Eddie Howe's Newcastle Future to Be Decided Post-Season

Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe's future will be decided after the conclusion of the English Premier League season, according to Sky Sports. Despite Saturday's 2-1 loss to Bournemouth, the club's management is not yet ready to make a decision regarding the English specialist's position and will do so after the campaign ends.

Following the derby defeat against fierce regional rivals Sunderland, Newcastle's CEO David Hopkinson stated that it was not yet time to discuss Eddie Howe's future. Sky Sports reports that the club's stance has not changed since then. Newcastle is currently on a three-game losing streak in the Premier League, sitting 14th with 42 points. They are six points adrift of the European qualification spots and 13 points away from a Champions League berth.
