Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper 's lipoma removals are always entertaining. Some look like brains or flowers , while others look like Baby Groot and gummy bears . And in her most recent Instagram post, Dr. P compares her patient's lipomas to circus animal crackers.

"Lipomas like Circus Animals! TAG a friend and ask them which circus animals they see at the end of this clip! LINK IN BIO FOR THE FULL VIDEO#drpimplepopper #drpimplepopperallaccess," she captioned her post.

"Are you okay?" she says as she makes the incision and started to remove one of the lipomas.

"I don't feel a thing," her patient says.

"He just told us he had some vodka before this," Dr. P says. "I'm questioning the amount he had."

"You already got one out?" the patient asks. "No! I'm just starting," she says.

They have some back-and-forth banter as Dr. P pushes out the lipoma, a bulbous-looking solid lump.

"It's a baby lipoma," she says. As soon as she pushes it out, she uses scissors to cut it out fully.

The video then fast forwards to all six lipomas laid out post-op on a blue napkin.

In classic Dr. P style, she takes one of the lipomas (that looks like a rhino) in her fingers and makes it dance, making music and saying, "Circus animals! We just need sprinkles and white frosting!"

"Good lawd," one follower wrote. "Wow! nuggets," one user commented.
