What you need:

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
