Here's how to prepare Semolina.

Ingredients

Wheat flour OR semolina flour OR fufu flour

Hot water (more or less)

Preparation

Step 1: Heat some water until bubbling. Then scoop out a little of the hot water and set aside.

Step 2: Pour in some of the flour and start stirring real hard.

If the mixture is watery, add more flour and continue stirring until smooth and hard.

Step 3: After about 1 minute, gradually add a little of the hot water you had set aside, cover the pot and leave to boil for 1 minute to cook the flour completely and remove any raw taste.

Then mix thoroughly and your semo is ready.
