3 cups of Garri (white or yellow)

Instructions

1. Pour some boiled water (proportional to the amount of garri) into a clean bowl.

2. Sprinkle the garri in the water till you reach the quantity you need. If there is excess water, pour it out. Mix the soaked garri with the wooden spatula. Add more garri if too soft or water if too hard, till you get the texture or consistency you desire.

3. Mix well till the Eba sticks together.

Your Eba is ready! Serve with any Nigerian soup.
