Then give the Vanilla Vodka Sour a shot. Mixing vodka, vanilla syrup, egg white and lemon juice, you'll never view vodka the same way after sampling this cocktail!
What you need:
- Ice cubes
- 4 measures vanilla vodka
- 1 measure sugar syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 3 measures lemon juice
- 10 drops Angostura bitters to decorate
Directions:

- Put 8–10 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, sugar syrup, egg whites, and lemon juice and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
- Pour, without straining, into 2 glasses and shake the Angostura bitters on top to decorate.
