The Lime Gin Fizz is the right cocktail which checks all the boxes. Requiring easy to get ingredients like lime juice, gin and Soda Water this is the perfect cocktail to round off a hectic day with.

What you need:

• 2 Shots Gin
• 1/2 Shot Lime Juice
• 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
• 1 Egg White
• 1/2 Shot Soda Water
• 1 Maraschino Cherry

• Fill the shaker halfway with ice
• Pour all the ingredients into the shaker except soda water
• Shake vigorously
• Strain into glass
• Top with Soda Water
• Garnish with Maraschino Cherry
