Tottenham's new manager, Roberto De Zerbi, has declared his commitment to the club, stating he will remain even if the London side faces relegation to the Championship. The Italian was appointed as Igor Tudor's successor, signing a five-year deal. With the 'Spurs' currently just one point above the relegation zone, his immediate priority is to secure the team's Premier League status.

“I signed a five-year contract because this is a significant challenge. I will be Tottenham's coach next season, no matter what happens,” De Zerbi affirmed.

“I've watched many matches, especially recently. I know the players very well. This is a difficult period for everyone at Tottenham, but I believe we have the quality to overcome it. I trust the players because we have some great footballers, and we need to work to restore their confidence. I accepted this challenge because I believe in the players. After this part of the season, I think we can build a great future,” he added.
