Match Preview

The red-and-whites are searching for their first win of the campaign following two narrow defeats to Zalgiris and Hapoel.

Their opponents on Thursday are Anadolu Efes, who edged Real Madrid at home in the previous round after an opening-round loss to Barcelona.

"Efes have guards with enormous potential; they are elite scorers and boast big men who are highly skilled and exceptionally athletic... It will be a very similar matchup to the Hapoel game. It will be interesting to see how we adapt in under 48 hours to face such a quality side that arrives with great momentum." — Ibon Navarro, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet head coach

This marks Crvena Zvezda's third consecutive home fixture in front of their home crowd.

"We are deeply disappointed that we couldn't deliver a win for them. We thank them for their support—the team truly appreciates it. That was one of the key talking points in the locker room after Tuesday's game: we must take that extra step if possible. But that step has to be in our concentration. Channeling extra energy and desire without focus can just as easily lead to mistakes. We need to find the right balance between that added intensity and executing smartly on the court." — Ibon Navarro

Head coach Ibon Navarro will be unable to count on Nikola Djurisic and Patrick Baldwin Jr.
