Crucial Toronto Victory: Rajaković Leads Raptors Towards Playoffs

Darko Rajaković's squad secured a crucial victory in their quest for direct playoff qualification.

The undisputed star of the game was the phenomenal Scottie Barnes. He finished the encounter with 23 points and 12 assists, truly shining in the third quarter where he poured in 13 points to fend off the visitors' surge.

Barnes received significant support from Jakob Poeltl, who dominated the paint with a double-double performance of 18 points and 11 rebounds.

Beyond the dynamic duo, Sandro Mamukelashvili was brilliant off the bench, contributing 18 points, including three successful three-pointers.

For the Pelicans, who were shorthanded without Trey Murphy and Dejounte Murray, Zion Williamson was, as usual, their best performer. He scored 22 points on excellent shooting percentages (9/13 from the field), while Saddiq Bey added 19.

The Raptors notched their second win in their last three games, maintaining their sixth-place standing in the Eastern Conference. The top six teams in each conference earn direct berths into the playoffs.

Conversely, the Pelicans suffered their fourth consecutive loss, and their fifth straight on the road.
