The "I'm Taken" singer dropped a bomb of a possible affair with Krane on her Instagram page Tuesday afternoon when she posted a photo of Dammy Krane sleeping on her famous big boobs and then her belly.

Looks like Dammy was sleeping indeed and Cynthia was just being naughty but both appeared to be great friends!
