Invented by Donn Beach of Hollywood's Don the Beachcomber restaurant, the zombie cocktail leaves you feeling well... like a zombie!

You can spice yours a bit with coconut!

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 oz Jamaican rum

1 1⁄2 oz Gold Puerto Rican rum

1 oz 151-proof demerara rum

13⁄100 tsp Herbsaint or Pernod

1⁄2 oz Falernum

1⁄2 oz Donn’s mix  (2:1 mix of grapefruit juice & cinnamon syrup)

1 tsp Grenadine

3⁄4 oz Fresh lime juice

1 dash Angostura bitters

Preparation

Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes to fill, then add the garnish.
