According to a Facebook user by the name Rita Kaagwa, the inhuman treatment meted out on the boy was so serious that the youths of the community mobilised themselves and were hellbent on beating the teacher to death but they were persuaded by the elders not to take the laws into their hands but to hand over the teacher to the police.
