1. Cheese crusted chicken salad:

What you need:

- Slices of onion

- Quarter a cup of apple cider vinegar

- Two tablespoons sugar

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 500 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breasts in thin slices

- Two eggs

- Half a cup of finely grated cheese

- Two spoons of flour

- I cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half

- 1 large cucumber cut into slices

- Chopped lettuce

How to:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper according to taste.

3. Mix the eggs, cheese and flour in a bowl.

4. Line a baking tray with foil paper and then place a wire rack on top of it.

5. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg, cheese and flour mix and place on the wire rack.

6. Bake for about 15 minutes, flip it and then bake for another 15 minutes.

7. For the salad, combine the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumber.

What you need:- 1.5 kilograms of chicken breast cut into thin strips- One cup of roasted almonds

- Quarter a cup of flour

- One teaspoon of garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Some olive oil

- Four egg whites

How to:

1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

2. Line a baking tray with foil paper and then place a wire rack on top of it..

3. Using a food processor, chop the almonds finely.

4. Pour chopped almonds into a bowl and add the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

5. Slowly add in some olive oil and stir.

6. In another bowl, beat the egg whites.

7. Dip the chicken strips in egg whites first, and then the almond micture. Coat completely.

8. Place the chicken strips the baking tray.

9. Bake till crispy and golden brown. Turn over if necessary.

10. Serve as desired.
