''The two of us want to play everything. Nobody will be happy to play in only the League Cup or FA Cup.

The 22 year-old Courtois considers the approach not ''the healthiest thing'' and says it is ''unclear at the moment'' as it could hinder him a first team appearance.

Courtois continued by saying that the 32 year-old Czech number one had set a standard while guarding the Blues post for the 10 years he has been in the club, adding that it would be best for the two goalkeepers of they continued their careers elsewhere as oppositions other than teammates.

''I have the biggest respect for Petr Cech. He is one of the best goalkeepers in the world so I think putting him and me in the same team is not the healthiest thing in the world.

We will see in the next week if we can sit together with Chelsea to find something for next year, find out what they want, what my desire is. We will see.'' The Goalkeeper revealed to BBC Sport.
