Hall of Famer and ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith discussed LeBron James' historical legacy and what a potential stint in Philadelphia could mean for him.

Smith posed the question: "If LeBron James succeeds and wins a fifth championship, surpassing Steph Curry, if he plays his final two years and finishes with 25 seasons in the league, secures two consecutive titles, and earns a sixth ring, thereby surpassing Kobe [Bryant] and Tim Duncan and equaling Michael Jordan, then how should we evaluate him?"

Barkley's response was unequivocal: "If he wins two consecutive titles and finishes at 44-45 years old, I'll say something I've never said before: I just witnessed the greatest basketball player of all time."

Smith sought confirmation: "Will you acknowledge LeBron James as the greatest if the Sixers win two consecutive titles?"

"Most likely, yes. If he wins two more, you'd be crazy to say he isn't the best in history," Barkley concluded.
