"Folks, what are we even doing? Am I the only one who thinks this is crazy?" - Carlik Jones
It remains unclear what Carlik Jones was referring to, whether it pertains to his professional life or something personal.
Nevertheless, fans are speculating about the meaning behind the message from the black-and-whites' standout player over the past few seasons. He recently extended his contract with Partizan for another two seasons, a significant achievement for the club's management, as Carlik is considered one of EuroLeague's top point guards.
Jones joined Partizan two summers ago amidst a major team overhaul and quickly established himself as the undisputed leader. Early in the current season, he suffered an injury that sidelined him for four months. During his absence, Partizan struggled significantly, falling out of contention for the EuroLeague playoffs early on.
He averages 14.6 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game.
