Career-High for Poulakidas Against Suns (Video)

As the NBA regular season winds down, teams mathematically eliminated from playoff contention are increasingly giving opportunities to players with limited playing time in their final games.

One such player is John Poulakidas, the Greek-American guard who seized his chance with the Dallas Mavericks.

The Mavericks ultimately fell to the Phoenix Suns 112-107, but Poulakidas's performance was a standout highlight.

Specifically, the Greek-American guard tallied 23 points, along with 1 rebound and 1 assist, in 29 minutes and 20 seconds on the court.
