Nigerians have been reacting to President Buhari's ministerial list. Here are a few.

Exactly five months after his re-election, President Muhammadu Buhari has finally forwarded names of his preferred ministerial nominees to the Senate for confirmation.

Twelve former ministers were renominated by President Buhari. They include; Chris Ngige, Adamu Adamu, Ogbonnaya Onu, Geoffery Onyeama, Zainab Ahmed, Hadi Sirika and Abubakar Malami.

Others are; Lai Mohammed, Osagie Enahire, Suleiman Adamu, Mohammed Bello, Babatunde Fashola, and Rotimi Amaechi.

Eighteen new others made the cut. They are; George Akume, Godswill, Rauf Aregbesola, Adeniyi Adebayo and Timipre Silva.

Nigerians on Twitter have not stopped talking about President Buhari's second term ministerial list.

While some expressed surprise over the list, others are a bit disappointed.

Too bad Professor Isaac Adewale didn't make the list again. Would have loved to hear more of his ideas for turning medical graduates into tailors rather than consultants. But on the bright side, Ngige is there to remind us we have no shortage of doctors.#MinisterialList

How many women made #thelist?

The President had promised Nigerian women a certain percentage in his cabinet if he wins a second term.

There's nothing in this #MinisterialList that inspires hope. It's made up of mostly politicians. @MBuhari is big on rewarding political patronage. There's noting wrong with rewarding loyalty but sacrificing competence while doing that, is totally unacceptable.

Except that we can’t immediately put faces to some of the new names, but youths representation is almost zero in this cabinet.
