The English club announced that a total of 407 fans made the arduous journey from England's south coast to Tromsø, a city nestled within the Arctic Circle. As a token of appreciation for their unwavering dedication, captain Lewis Dunk and his teammates decided to foot the bill for their match tickets.

In addition, each traveling supporter will receive a complimentary scarf and a special club-branded t-shirt as a gift.

“Our fans didn't know until the last minute where we would be traveling. It's a long journey, and they had very little time to organize. We want to start the season on the right foot, so the players and I felt it was a good idea to make this gesture for them,” commented captain Dunk.

This upcoming fixture will mark Brighton's first official match of the new season. Tromsø, for their part, reached this stage of the tournament after convincingly eliminating Romanian side CFR Cluj with an aggregate score of 7-1 in the previous round.
