The Phillipino boxer set for second fight after signing 2 years contract

Philippino  boxer Manny Pacquiao is billed to return to the boxing ring in a bout against WBO light welterweight champion Chris Algieri  on November 22 in Macau, China.

Pacquiao’s manager and promoter who masterminded the fight, Bob Arum considered American boxer,  Algieri over the likes of Saul “Canelo”Alvarez or Amir Khan and the 30 year-old boxer may just accepted the challenge being that it could be the biggest paying offer he has ever received: the fight is set in a seven figure pay.

''I hope we’ll be able to get to button this up,'' Bob Arum said.

''We’re talking serious now with the idea of making the fight.''

There is still four months before the fight and the promoter still has plenty of time to get other bigger opponents for Pacquaio, the American promoter, however would have it that the deal be done for the two fighters to mount up the ring come November 22 commented.

''Now, whether it gets made or not I don’t know. But I can tell you the fight is there for Chris,'' Arum added

On the other hand, Algieri’s promoter, De Gaurdia, confirmed the offer and expects that the deal will be signed within the coming days.

“We have a Pacquiao offer on the table and we are negotiating that actually as we speak.

“And I expect that we’re going to have a resolution within the next day or two,”  De Gaurdia added

This is Pacquiao's second fight after signing a 2 years contract with Bob Arum's Top Rank promotion company
