Bogdanović Makes Houston Debut in Front of Global Icons as Courtside Moment with Beckham and Jackie Chan Goes Viral /VIDEO/

Beyond the action on the court, courtside star power grabbed global headlines as pop-culture icons watched on — including English football legend David Beckham and Hollywood star and martial arts master Jackie Chan.

Right after the final buzzer, a moment captured the spotlight when Bogdanović, joined by teammate and New Zealand center Steven Adams, approached David Beckham. The pair shared a warm exchange, filled with smiles and photo opportunities.

The NBA's official social media channels quickly shared footage of the encounter, sparking an outpouring of positive reactions from fans worldwide.

The Houston Rockets cruised past the Dallas Mavericks 135-117 in a preseason showcase in Macau.

The Serbian guard logged just over 15 minutes on the court, finishing with four points, four assists, and two rebounds. He converted his lone two-point attempt, went scoreless on three tries from beyond the arc, and knocked down both of his free throws.

Houston took control of the tempo early on, taking a commanding 20-point cushion into halftime (65-45). Dallas mounted a slightly better response after the break but never truly threatened the Rockets' advantage. Tari Eason led Houston with 20 points, while Alperen Şengün recorded a triple-double with 16 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. Kevin Durant chipped in with 15 points.

Cooper Flagg paced the Mavericks with 19 points, six rebounds, and three assists. Tarik Biberović added nine points for Dallas.

Houston and Dallas will square off once again in Macau, with their second preseason clash scheduled for Sunday at 12:00 PM CET.
