Blow for Real Madrid ahead of Red Star clash: Key star a major doubt for Madrid showdown

Following this week's clash against Olympiacos in Piraeus, the red-and-whites travel to the Spanish capital to face Real Madrid, where the hosts could field a heavily depleted lineup.

The squad has already been dealt major blows with Theo Maledon and Mikael Jantunen sidelined. Real Madrid have now suffered another setback with an injury to Facundo Campazzo, whose appearance against his former club is currently under a serious cloud of doubt.

The former Crvena Zvezda playmaker will undergo further medical tests in Spain to assess the severity of the injury and determine the required recovery time. The first detailed evaluations are expected by the end of the day.

The matchup between Crvena Zvezda and Real Madrid is scheduled for November 12, just ten days after the injury report. Given that Facundo Campazzo is the primary engine and chief playmaker for Madrid, his potential absence would represent a massive blow for the Spanish powerhouse.
