Living Faith founder says unskilled leadership is Nigeria’s problem

The founder of the Living Faith church, a.k.a as Winner's Chapel, made this known on Friday, April 6, 2018, according to Independent.

Speaking at the 15th inaugural lecture series of Covenant University (C.U), Ota, Ogun State, Bishop Oyedepo who is also the Chancellor, said that unskilled leadership at the various levels of government has ruined this country.

In his words, “We are yet to face the reality. We are all victims of unskilled leadership at all levels. Leaving our lives to chances leave us with no chance at all if we don’t have the required skills to address a situation.

“If you cannot define your goals how will you achieve it? If you don’t have strategies how will you achieve your goals?

“I pray the coming generation will not go through the challenges we are going through.”

His speech was delivered by the inaugural lecturer, Prof. Aize Obayan, a Professor of Multicultural Counselling in the Department of Psychology.

Meanwhile, the lecture was tagged, “Lengthening cords and strengthening stakes: Leadership Praxis and Transcendence in Counselling Practice.”
