At 6, Mohammed was dragged under a car for 600ft, which resulted in him losing his genitals.

Over the years he has had 100 operations to reconstruct what was lost, however this recent implant will finally enable him to have a fully functioning penis.

Using a skin graft from his arm, doctors were able to create the 8 inch penis which includes two tubes – these inflate his penis when he presses a pump in his testicles.

The contraption only takes seconds to work, however it will require some getting used to.

"Doctors have told me to keep practising," Mohammed, from Edinburgh, said.

He has been married before, however he kept his condition secret from him wife who left him last year.

However now Mohammed is optimistic about the future.

He said:

"I’m looking forward to meeting somebody who I can maybe practice with.
