Following their EuroLeague defeat to Partizan, the Bavarians unleashed their frustration on Oldenburg, led from the sidelines by Serbian head coach Milenko Bogićević.

Oldenburg had previously strung together three consecutive domestic league victories, but they were powerless to stop the hosts in this one.

The contest in Munich was competitive only in the opening ten minutes, after which the visitors held a narrow 17-18 lead.

Bayern erupted in the second quarter, pouring in an astonishing 40 points to blow the game wide open.

Oldenburg had no answer for the rampant home side, made worse by a dismal shooting performance where they converted just 20 of their 60 field goal attempts.

Bayern dictated the tempo at will, comfortably securing their third win in as many German league games.

Duane Washington paced Bayern's scoring with 19 points, followed by Oscar da Silva with 17 and Johannes Thiemann with 15, while Niels Giffey, Justinian Jessup, and Rokas Jokubaitis chipped in with 10 points apiece.

On the other side, Zach Ensminger led Oldenburg with 16 points, Jeremy Roach scored 13, Demajeo Wiggins contributed 10, and Serbian international Stefan Momirov was held to just two points.
