North London club Arsenal has reportedly identified Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as a primary target, believing he could significantly bolster their wing options, according to the "Independent." The 25-year-old Georgian has been in sensational form, notably scoring three times against Chelsea in the Champions League Round of 16.

However, as Arsenal pursues this dream transfer, they face several hurdles, primarily the complexities of the evolving Premier League's financial regulations. To facilitate such a high-profile signing, the Gunners may need to consider offloading key players to ensure compliance with the new rules.

On the other hand, PSG appears unwilling to part ways with the Georgian star. The Parisian management views the former Napoli player as an integral part of their squad and, as reported, insists he is considered almost "unsellable."

The player himself recently expressed his great satisfaction with life in France. In a recent interview, he spoke about his dedication to the team.

"For me, Paris is truly exceptional. You have everything here, and above all, it's the city of love. When PSG contacted me, I thought my wife was the happiest person in the world," the winger stated.

"Before they contacted me, she always used to say: 'Imagine one day playing for PSG, it would be amazing to stay there.' I think it's very difficult to go there when there are great players like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Neymar. I love everything about Paris," he added.
